Enter the New Year with Renewed Perspective, Greater Clarity & Inner Peace

As we continue to approach the upcoming new year (just 31 days till New Year’s Eve!), our lives seem to become increasing complicated, stressful and exhausting. Planning for the holidays, preparing for vacations, wrapping up projects at work, anticipating visitors in our homes, saving for gifts, attending parties… whoa, I’m worn out just thinking about it all!!!

But remember, we have the choice to become the calm amidst the chaos… we get to choose what we put in our awareness and what gets our attention. And, keeping up our daily meditation practice is key for slowing the swirl when life comes at us at high speed.

If you’ve found yourself missing a meditation here and there; if you know in your heart that you need greater clarity on the future – the immediate future, or the long-term – if you need a boost to help you lock in a daily meditation practice, all you need is 40 days!!!

width=My 40 Days of Transformation guided meditation album features a daily guided meditation, mantra, and lesson with topics ranging from Vedanta, Ayurveda, emotional intelligence, abundance consciousness, non-violent communication, mind body nourishment, higher states of consciousness, doshas, intention setting, emotional release techniques, conscious choice-making, yoga philosophy & living with grace in the real world, and more.

These sessions include both guided and silent meditations as well as pranayam, visualizations, and practical next steps to integrate into your daily life!

Ring in the new year with a new, transformed you!!!

Welcome to this week’s edition of The Source!!! A new year is upon us, and what we choose to do with another year can sometimes weigh heavy on us. Maybe we’re in a relationship that is no longer serving us but we just don’t know how to let go. Maybe we’ve peaked in our current career but we’re not sure how to move on or where to go. Maybe you’ve had a dream for so long, but it never seems to come to fruition.

Exploring our life’s purpose — our dharma — can be a deeply introspective process. Sometimes daunting. But in the end, it’s all worth it for the inner peace… the peace of mind… that eventually comes when you not only discover your dharma, but also lean into it and take action!!!

That’s why I developed a series of workshops to help you navigate the process of change, discover what you really want in life, and give you the tools to make it happen. Some workshops are a weekend to help you kickstart your journey, and some are longer immersions if you really want to unplug and dive deep. Here’s a list of my upcoming appearances:

Las Vegas
January 12-14

San Diego
January 17-21

San Diego
March 1-4

So what are you waiting for? Now is the time to take a chance on you!!! Let’s do this thing together — gain clarity on what it is that you do want in life; set your intentions & plant seeds; lean in the direction of your dreams and desires; manifest a magnificent life RIGHT NOW… and for many years to come. I hope to see you at one of these events. And in the meantime, I’ll see you in the gap!!!

Peace. -davidji

Happy Thanksgiving, Spiritual Warrior!!!

All of us at davidji inc. wish you, your family and your friends a glorious Thanksgiving weekend. I’m spending this weekend (and the entire next week) in the Mexican Riviera with 45 Spiritual Warriors for my 8-day Awakening Your Sacred Powers retreat, so I’ve pulled from the archives this weekend’s meditation that I recorded for Hay House’s Monday Meditations. Enjoy!!!

Welcome to this week’s edition of The Source in which we reflect on embracing the wholeness of life, beginning with reflection on a line from Leonard Cohen’s “Anthem“: There is a crack in everything… That’s how the light gets in.

Our lives are full of ups and downs, happiness and sadness, fear and courage. This process of back and forth, not just mindlessly living it but actually embracing it, is actually what many of us often believe we are lacking in ourselves — perfection! But what is perfection, really?

Perfection is progress. Perfection is evolution! Perfection is us embracing the wholeness of life. Many of us carry a heavy burden to be perfect in all aspects of our lives; to always do the right thing, make the right choice, use the right words, move in the right direction.

But, perfection really isn’t the ultimate goal. Sometimes when we focus too much on the end result, we lose sight of the magnificent process of growth… of progress… continually moving in the direction of our goals while staying mindful of the steps we’re taking to get there.

It can be overwhelming, however, to embrace life when you’re struggling. That’s when you lean on your meditation practice to get you through, give you clarity, and help you move through difficult times with greater ease and grace.

Forty Spiritual Warriors are joining me this weekend for my 8-day meditation retreat in the Mexican Riviera. Follow me on Facebook and Instagram so you can follow our adventures. Some attendees are die-hard meditators spending an hour+ a day in stillness and silence; some have made a commitment to themselves to reboot their meditation practice and get back on track; and others have never meditated a minute in their lives!!!

That’s the beauty of our Sweetspot Community; there are no judgements, no expectations, no pressure. Only pure love, acceptance and a sincere rooting for each other’s success, happiness and peace of mind.

I encourage you to share my free guided meditations, instructional videos Life Tools, and my e-newsletter The Source with your family and friends.

Send me a note at info@davidji.com with the email address of a friend or family member who you believe could use some stress relief, and I’ll send you and them a special, free guided meditation.

Remember to follow me on Facebook and Instagram for daily inspiration and to keep up on the latest at davidji.com. Keep meditating… and I’ll see you in the gap. Peace. -davidji

Happy weekend, Spiritual Warrior!!!

Peaches the Buddha Princess teaches us, “Resist nothing and receive unconditional love.” In each moment, we have an opportunity to open our heart and give to this world all of our beauty.

To step into a bold, new version of you — allow the light to come into your heart; let the Universe to gently kiss you soul; and trust the Universe to deliver you exactly where you need to be. By remaining attentive with positive intention, we give ourselves CHOICES. When I choose to surrender to the moment and accept that this moment is exactly as it should be – with all of it’s flaws and uncertainty – I feel calmer, clearer, and carry a greater openness to acceptance.

Welcome to this week’s edition of The Source, in which we explore the Sacred Powers of Transformation, from my new, upcoming book Sacred Powers: The Five Secrets to Awakening Transformation, through the chakras.

In the ancient wisdom traditions, the Sacred Powers of Transformation were located in seven distinct energy centers located in the physical body. Ancient India referred to these energy centers as chakras (translated as “turnings” or “wheels”), and it was believed that these seven wheels of energy were the junction points between our physical, mental, and spiritual worlds, such that all the energy of the Universe converged at seven vortexes within the human body.

Modern acupuncture and acupressure practitioners use these meridians as healing points, and according to the ancient wisdom traditions of the Sufis in Persia, the Hindus in India, and the Hopi Indians of North America, these energetic convergences were domains of transformation and manifestation.

Happy exploring!!! Peace. -davidji

If you are suffering any emotional pain right now, walls that you may have built around your heart will begin to soften as compassion and forgiveness start to replace your grudges and grievances.

No longer will you feel separate from the Universal flow of life. Courage will replace fear, clarity will replace indecision, enthusiasm will replace excuses, and happiness will begin flowing to you effortlessly.

Happy weekend, Spiritual Warrior!!! The things in your life that limit you are actually self-imposed, and we have a choice to hold onto them or let them go. Whether it be a job, mindset, or a relationship the many aspects of our life can begin to constrict us if we let them. Not seeing all that life has to offer in every moment means that we are constricted with a narrow view of the world. In this meditation you will release the constriction and reboot your abundance!

Let’s flow with gratitude & abundance this weekend…dance in the possibilities. “Bean by bean, the bag get’s filled.” Enjoy this weekend’s guided meditation.

Peace. -davidji
