The first step in setting your course is to connect to the stillness & silence that rests within by connecting to the present moment.
It’s important to have goals, targets, and ambitions. If we don’t, how can we truly achieve or fulfill our dreams? But, if we spend those precious moments living in the future, we are not seizing this sacred, precious present moment. We are not brilliantly executing in the now.
