Imagine if our compassion could transcend our relationships and the attachment we have to them – pure sympathy, pure empathy, and pure desire to help them heal.
Practicing meditation on a daily basis allows you to weave silence and stillness into your mind and body to create a life of greater compassion and fulfillment – not only for others, but for YOURSELF, as well.
May the wisdom and compassion of all beings increase, now and in the future. May we clearly see all the barriers we erect between ourselves
