We begin to re-awaken our natural equilibrium – our organic unconditioned set point – which connects us effortlessly to the core of our creativity, clarity, and intuition.
It is from the fertile garden of stillness and silence that true vision, emotional intelligence, deep insights, and infinite possibilities take root. From this field of pure potentiality we get our bursts of inspiration, our most intuitive thoughts, our greatest insights, and our deepest sense of connection to ourselves and to the world around us.
Practicing meditation on a daily basis allows you to weave silence and stillness into your mind and body to create a life of greater compassion and fulfillment – not only for others, but for YOURSELF, as well.
