Do you see building blocks or stumbling blocks? You get to choose. We all have the ability to see every road block as an opportunity, but it all comes down to believing that we are exactly where we need to be in every moment.
When receiving signs from the Universe, it often feels like a coincidence. It is the Universe tapping you on the shoulder & whispering in your ear “Pay attention!” It is a moment of powerful alignment between you and something much bigger than you. It means your awareness has expanded way beyond your typical day-to-day. It is a higher state of consciousness!
Learning how to embrace change can be hard. Change is often sticky, difficult, uncomfortable, and more often than not, we resist it. Join me for this 4 minute metta moment & get comfortable with change.
Many of Osho’s teachings irritated people, and many others found them irreverent. But at the end of the day, his purpose was to challenge us to reach deep within our souls and find our own constrictions.
We live in a culture where being busy is better, and stillness can sometimes feel selfish, lazy, or unproductive. BUT, I’m here to tell you that meditation practices will actually help you show up more present, engaged and productive for all other realms of your life!
