20 Min. Heart Chakra Guided Meditation for Healing Emotional Pain

When we experience pain, we often fear that it will last forever, or that we will be stuck in that moment for eternity. We are unable to see beyond the veil of pain.

Our natural reaction to pain is to shirk from it – to pull back… to run from it, hide from it, or push it away.

Yet, if we spend our lives dodging every uncomfortable emotion that bubbles up, we stay in the same constricted place.

But, this pain is just a snapshot in time, it is not permanent. With the guidance of our heart chakra, we can realize that your pain is temporary. When you are feeling overwhelmed, say to yourself, “this too shall pass”.

This heart chakra healing meditation will guide you to transform your pain into true strength and power to release what is holding you back.
