Elevating My Life Weekend Meditation

Happy weekend, Spiritual Warrior! We’re doing some serious heart searching this week, elevating our life, stepping into our power, and owning our impact more than ever!!!

I just launched the new 30-Minute Commitment, and I invite you to join me and hundreds of like-minded individuals (and growing!) who are ready to take their lives to the next level.

Join me in dedicating just 30 minutes each day until the end of the year to cultivating something that will elevate your life and those around you.

People from all over the world have been emailing me about new commitments to their meditation practice, learning a new language, writing letters to friends or family they’ve lost touch with, walking their dog for just a bit longer, spending more time with their children playing games, cultivating generosity, learning a new instrument, and becoming more fit & healthy.

There are infinite possibilities!!!

Sometimes we just need a gentle nudge. So I’ve set up a community Facebook page to connect those who join this movement so we can offer support, cheer each other on, and even become inspired by others’ commitments!!!

Visit the page, make your commitment, and as you go share your experiences, photos, and videos of your journey on the page — and support others in their journey. You can find the page on Facebook at @davidji30 or you can click this link. Don’t forget to like the page!!!

Enjoy this weekend’s meditation! peace. -davidji

  1. WOW! I am so very grateful for todays meditation. I have owned a lot lately, coming back into my wholeness. So adding to that today with owning my IMPACT, I can see that ripple effect of the unconscious me will take some time to heal. But it also reminds me of the impact that I can start to create now from my awareness of being conscious. Thank you for the beautiful reminder.

  2. Well I don’t think I could have listened to this meditation at a better time than this week. When I spoke to you on hay house you gave me the quote from Anais Nin and this meditation is the perfect compliment to that meditation.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” ~Anais Nin

    Thank You. <3
    Bright Blessings,
    Melissa
