Dream into Destiny Weekend Meditation

Happy weekend, spiritual warriors!

“San kalpa” is an intention, a positive affirmation. Plant an intention you’d like to see unfold. Invite it into your awareness. Welcome it, and open yourself to your destiny. Let’s make dreams come true.

What does it mean to plant the seeds in fertile soil? It means inviting your intentions into the nourishing womb of creation that rests within and finding your destiny. It means selecting one intention at a time and giving yourself the room to marinate on it in stillness and silence.

Creating a ritual is key to making things stick, and setting intentions is no different than introducing any other positive behavior into your daily routine. Remember: chances are higher if you select your intentions with honesty and authenticity – so take it slow and breathe with patience.

Tell me in the comments how this meditation feels to you. In the meantime, I’ll see you in the gap. Peace. -davidji

  2. Just posted this meditation “Dream Into Destiny” on Facebook. It is Monday morning, I have set my “san kalpa”, I’m back in contact with my breath and I am ready to go with this day’s activities. Thank you davidji

  3. Hello Davidji, thank you for this meditation. As always you find the right words to awaken our consciousness. The thing with the ritual though is giving me a hard time: it sometimes feels as if I am meditating to “get a high” without zeroing my expectations. This translates to great delusion when I don’t see “the magic” manifesting and stuff happening. My logic gets it but I keep making the same mistake. How can I get rid of expectations? Namaste 🙏🏼 💕

  4. A wonderful meditation and the timing could not be more perfect. Thank you David for providing a perfect start to my day. My intention has been planted and I am excited to see it grow.
