Mantra: So hum
Happy weekend, spiritual warriors! So much of our lives is a giant swirl of family, work, kids, friends, commutes, grocery shopping, cooking, dog walking, holidays, texting, facebooking, and more. This weekend, let’s take some time to slow down… to nourish our minds, bodies and souls. For some that might be reading a book, taking a walk and connecting to nature, meditating for longer than usual, getting a massage, or spending quality time with a loved one. Whatever brings you to a space of calm, quiet and relaxation! Enjoy this weekend’s meditation – I hope it helps you slow the swirl, connect to source, calm your mind and rejuvenate your soul.
