Merging into Oneness - Experience Unity of Body, Mind, and Spirit

The slower we breathe, the slower the world around us spins, until we get to that point that everything comes at us in slow motion. So let’s take this opportunity to slow everything down and drop into that silent space, right here and now.
During this meditation, we will delve into Quiet, Continuous Breathing.
Seamless and continuous. So quiet that we can’t even hear it.
Once we settle into a rhythm with quiet, continuous breathing, we will begin to use the breath to create an infinity symbol ♾️. Allow the breath to move along the path of this symbol and watch the body continue to surrender to the stillness and silence that rests within.
The mantra we will use in this meditation is Ayam Atma Brahma – My Soul, and the Universal Spirit, are One.
