In the sacred precious present moment, there is a softness, an ease, and a quieting of the fluctuations of the mind.
The mantra we will use is So Hum. Silently repeat it over and over and over. You may notice it changing – it may become faster, slower, louder, softer, or jumbled. Just continue repeating it – and when you notice that you drift away, ever so gently return to the mantra.
