Hello, Spiritual Warrior,

In Sanskrit, the phrase aham brahmasmi means I Am The Universe.

Everything that is outside of us, is inside of us as well. We are not separate from the universe – we are the universe! Manifested into this human body – flesh, bone, thoughts, feelings – all of it is a creation of the universe.

Our inner healer can only be awakened when we realize that we are the purest form of the universe. When we recognize that all of the patterning and conditioning that has been laid on us since we were a young child is just expressions of the outside world being put onto you. 

But the genuine soul that is living within – is perfect, pure and infinite. Unconditioned by outside forces. And when we connect to that place, we find healing. 

So this is what we are going to be doing in the meditation I’m sharing with you here today. We are going to connect to the universe – to the infinite, pure stardust from which we were created – and remember our wholeness.

We’ll use the mantra aham brahmasmi, and also we will remind ourselves of the following truths:

I am safe.

I am whole.

I am healed.

I am infinite.

I am abundant.

I am the universe.
