Hello, Spiritual Warrior!
Today I’ve got a short and yet powerful practice for you.
As we move into the final days of the month, I want to offer two sacred questions:
- Do you have the patience to wait until the mud settles and the water is clear?
- Can you remain unmoving until the right action arises by itself?
These questions will begin to establish you in this space of pure presence.
And from that space of pure presence, we are able to listen to our heart, and make better decisions.
In the ancient text The Bhagavad Gita, we learn about the concept of Yogastha Kuru Karmani, which means to “establish yourself in the present moment, and then perform action.”
The sacred, precious present moment is an unconditioned space, which allows us to be grounded in the here and now before taking a step into the next direction.
When we move forward from that grounded space, we have more trust in our direction, and our decision.
We can loosen our grip, and receive the grace of the universe.
