Healing Emotions – Weekend Meditation

Emotions run through us every minute of every day. Some are constructive and healing emotions (compassion, love, empathy) and some are destructive (anger, fear, depression, shame, blame and envy). So what may just start out as a natural feeling in the body — what we do with, how we process it and deal with the emotion makes it constructive or destructive.

All of our emotions are valid, but how we respond to them becomes a mosaic for how we interact with the world.
