Hello, Spiritual Warrior!
Today, I’m sending you this short meditation – 7 Minutes to Peace. This is a perfect practice if you don’t have a lot of time, or are just learning how to meditate.
In this meditation, we practice drifting and watching / witnessing our thoughts.
As physical sensations come in – witness and watch. 🧘
As the mind tries to become active – witness and watch. 🧘
Continue practicing how to drift back to your breath. Notice the nature of your breath – the speed, the temperature, the sound.
Get comfortable just witnessing as you breathe in and out. This short meditation is the perfect practice to stay present and continue coming back to your breath.
When you are in the present moment, you are in a state of pure awareness.
Restful alertness.
Awake, yet calm.
Engaged, yet peaceful.
