Embracing Change – A reading from davidji

Hello, Spiritual Warrior!

Today I’m inviting you to take a pause and listen to this special reading I’m sharing with you; it’s about the importance of embracing change in our lives.

Life is a series of ebb and flows, ups and downs, peaks and valleys.

This is the process of life – everything moves through cycles of birth – death – rebirth. In each moment there is change.

And change is like the breath – it’s not something that is a part of the process, it is the process. When we deeply understand this, we can have peace.

Resistance to change is futile; in every moment and every breath we are changing, and the world around us is changing. It’s woven into the very fabric of existence, there is no escaping it.

Change is a constant, continuous part of life – and if we can embrace it, our life has the opportunity to expand in beautiful and meaningful ways.

When we release the reigns of resistance and allow change to come in, we learn to trust the universe and know that there is an intelligence behind everything that we see, feel and experience.

In the Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2 Verse 47, we learn that we have total control over our own actions, not the fruit of them.

In other words, we can only control what we can do, everything else is out of our hands.

So today I invite us all to find the rhythm in this cycle of change – embrace the up and down, the light and dark, the highs and the lows. They are a non-negotiable part of life here on earth.

Allowing change is the antidote to our suffering. In order to find peace, we must embrace change.

Does this resonate with you? What is your relationship with change? I’d love to hear from you – you can reach me directly at info@davidji.com.
