Hello, Spiritual Warrior,
Today’s message from my heart to yours is short, yet powerful.
Feather your nest and settle in for this short breather to simply reset, calm, and center yourself before going back to your day.
We have all of the tools inside of us in order to find the calm amidst the chaos, and the stillness inside the storm.
All we need to do is close our eyes and tune in to our breath in order to help slow down the spin of the outside world.
This short practice will allow you to slow down your heartbeat, your thoughts and your anxiety. You’ll feel more grounded and centered, more deeply rooted after these six short minutes of taking a “time in.”
