The 40 Days of Transformation – Day 2: 27-Minute Guided Meditation

Hello, Spiritual Warrior,

Today I wanted to share Day 2 with you as well.

There is so much valuable information in this series that can profoundly help you live with more peace and grace.

And since we are now entering the holiday season and moving swiftly towards the end of the year, it’s a great time to gift yourself some peace every day as you navigate everything going on around you.

In this meditation, we will be learning about, and then resting in, the vibration of Om. Om is the hymn of the universe, the oldest mantra to exist.

It is the ultimate vibration, containing all other vibrations. 

When we chant om – silently, in a whisper, or aloud – we transport our mind from chaos to calm. 

We see it written as Om so often, but when we dive deeper into the meaning of this vibration, we learn that it stems from the Mandukya Upanishad, and is spelled A-U-M… and it refers to the three basic states of consciousness: waking, sleeping and dreaming.

🕉️ The A = Akara – which is the realm of form and shape. It’s the physical realm, the material.

🕉️ The U = Ukara – which is the realm of dream, and devoid of form and shape. Ever-changing.

🕉️ The M = Mukara – which is the state of deep sleep.

Neither form nor formless, we can think of it as the realm of consciousness in hibernation. 

When these three syllables come together, they form AUM. And beyond this all is Turiya, the unity of the divine beyond anything manifest in the physical world.

Turiya is where we enter into “the gap”; that beautiful, fleeting space we find during our meditation practice.

So please join me today as we connect to the stillness and silence that rests within during this meditation from Day 2 of the 40 Days of Transformation. 🙏
