Slowing Down

In this meditation we are going to get quiet – so quiet, that we can’t hear our breath. When everything slows down this much, our entire system responds. We touch stillness. We taste silence.

I invite you to bring an intention into your awareness, and just feel it within you. When we have slowed everything down this much, there is only one thing to say – I Am. Allow yourself to feel those words, I Am. Allow the breath to help you release and heaviness held within.

In this meditation, we will drift off into the ancient mantra so hum.
