Bio: I began a meditation practice about 6 years ago and fell in love with it. I knew that if I really wanted to learn all about meditation and deepen my practice then I had to learn how to teach it. I will teach group classes and individual classes as well as corporate. I truly believe we can change the world by changing ourselves.
