  4. Thank you so much for sharing this meditation. Through this exercise, you made me realize I was so focused on the physical body pain that I ignored the part that hurts the most. It was the 3rd inhalation that took me to the most crucial pain point – my heart. It still hurts but I can no longer push it aside and keep it in hiding.
