Hello, Spiritual Warrior,
Today, I invite you to take some time to quiet everything down.
We live in a noisy world, and it’s so important to consciously choose to create calm in the chaos, and stillness in the storm.
So please take some time today to feather your nest and settle in for this meditation on Merging into Oneness.
Together, we will practice quiet continuous breathing – a breath practice that is so soft, and so quiet, that our breaths melt into each other … the inhale and exhale become one and the same.
Through this meditation, you will become the stillness in the storm, and you’ll tap into the silence that rests deep within.
We will use the ancient mantra ayam atma brahma, which means “my soul, and the universal spirit, are one.”
Through the gentle repetition of this mantra, we become one with all things, and the universe slows to a stop.
In that stop, the stillness and silence that rests within merges with the stillness and silence of the universe … and we experience pure, present-moment oneness.
We can access the stillness and silence that rests inside whenever we want – it’s just a matter of turning our attention there.
