Making Peace with Your Past Weekend Meditation

All that we are arises from our thoughts, with our thoughts we create the world. Meditation is that key.

Each of us is holding onto something from our past that keeps us awake at night, and is standing in the way of deeper fulfillment or peace of mind.   1. A friend lost her grandson to Suicide about a month ago. He was just 13 years old. Do you have a meditation that can help her? Shes’s asking for acceptance and healing. She can’t move out of grief and is stocked in the beautiful memories of him. If you have any message that help me realized that he’s not gone. He will never be just the form of him which is what she’s desperately missing…. Thank you.
