Let Go: A Short Practice to Calm: 5-Minute Guided Meditation

Hello, Spiritual Warrior!

Today, I wanted to share a short guided meditation with you. 

It’s just five minutes of practicing presence: observing the breath, calming the mind, and relaxing the body. Slowing down the swirl that is happening outside – and inside – of you. 

Just five minutes, here in this sacred, precious present moment.

This is my letting go meditation – it’s short, easy, and perfect to use anytime your heart is heavy, when your mind is overwhelmed, or when stressors are coming in that aren’t serving you. 

Inhale LET, and exhale GO.

Let… Go.

Let… Go.

Perhaps you can feel the relaxation washing over you as you are reading these words. 

If you are new to meditation, just start here – come back to this meditation once per day and allow yourself to become fully present for just five simple minutes.

It will change the trajectory of your day, and your life.
