Hello, Spiritual Warrior!
Today I’m sharing a meditation on Abundance with you, and it all comes down to one truth:
All of our limitations are self-imposed. 🤯
I’m not saying this to shame you… I’m saying it to free you.
We tend to think our limits stem from other people, or our jobs, finances, health struggles. The list can go on.
But look closer, and what’s actually limiting you is your current relationship to those things – what you’re holding onto, what you’re gripping, what you’ve let become bigger than you.
Right now, eyes closed, think of three things you’re grateful for.
Doesn’t matter how big or small. Let yourself feel the gratitude fully for a moment.
Gratitude is the starting point for looking at our lives through a lens of abundance rather than lack. Developing the ability to see the gifts over the limitations.
In today’s Guided Meditation, we will practice Tonglen – an ancient Tibetan Buddhist meditation technique.
We’ll breathe in gratitude … and exhale fear.
Breathe in the present moment … and exhale the past.
Breathe in stillness … and exhale our conditioning.
Breathe in abundance … and release constriction.
Abundance consciousness is a practice we can cultivate every moment of every day. It begins by looking at all of the things we have to be grateful for in our lives.
In this meditation, we’ll use the mantra sat chit ananda: truth, consciousness, bliss
I’d love to hear how this Tonglen meditation works for you – send me an email to info@davidji.com and let me know!
With love,
