Let’s Swing: 3-Minute Guided Meditation

Today, I invite you to take a 3-minute pause in your day, and transport yourself back to your childhood, swinging in a swing. 

Remember what that felt like – carefree, playful, content. 

We don’t need to meditate for long periods of time – sometimes just a three-minute pause in the middle of our day to clear our mind and energy can do wonders.
