Tonglen is a Buddhist meditation meant to cultivate compassion.
Tong means “giving or sending”, and len means “receiving or taking.”
Feather your nest and settle in for this beautiful, healing meditation practice. Here’s a peek into how we practice:
Breathe in stillness, and exhale turbulence
Breathe in lightness, and let go of heaviness
Breathe in soothing, and release pain
