In this guided meditation, we will practice “infinity breathing”, a pranayama technique that will allow you to calm your stress, reduce your anxiety, slow your heartbeat, and unlock your full potential.
In this guided meditation, you will balance your chakras and heal your body. When you connect to the stillness and silence that rests within, you are more equipped to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
Suppressing our feelings is now scientifically proven to lead to poor memory, relationship challenges, and deeper health issues as our body is influenced so strongly by our subjective conscious experiences.
Do you see building blocks or stumbling blocks? You get to choose. We all have the ability to see every road block as an opportunity, but it all comes down to believing that we are exactly where we need to be in every moment.
Why do you fear? Because you do not trust. From a place of stillness & silence, together we will examine the fears that are holding us back from living life at full speed. When we are too afraid to risk loving another, taking a chance on our deepest driving desires, or following a dream, are we truly living? Or just existing? By the end of this meditation, you will be ready to say “YES!” to life and move through the world with a fresh perspective.
