How often should you meditate?
Incorporating meditation into your daily schedule can result in improvements in every part of your life, from better cognitive functioning, a more deep and restful sleep to stress reduction and overall improvements in your health.
How often you should meditate depends on your individual situation and the goals you hope to achieve through meditating. But, setting aside time to meditate once every week is probably not going to be as effective as if you established a daily meditation routine, meditating in the morning before starting your busy day, or before bed as a way to relax and de-stress from the events of the day.
