Embracing Change & New Beginnings Guided Meditation

Embracing change is not innate within our nature as humans. Change is often sticky, difficult, uncomfortable, and more often than not, we resist it. Yet, it does not have to be this way. We do not have to suffer at the hands of change; instead, we can embrace it.

When we recognize that change is inevitable, that change is like breath, we can release some of our control. Like the breath, and the tides, change comes and goes. Life will never remain static. It will continue to ebb and flow until we leave this Earth realm. Rather than resisting the natural fluctuations of existence, it is best to ride the wave, take the journey and embrace life with full acceptance.

  1. I have been living in a foreign country with my husband for 14 years. We have a beautiful peaceful life. He has been diagnosed with cancer and will not be with me forever….I will be left to care for his elderly mother and the details of daily life that he has managed so well, while I took care of the property, home and friendships. I will be left with the whole complicated running of our lives which has appeared to take two to manage. Your message will continue to be in my heart as this incredible change confronts me…thank you so much!
