Embracing change is not innate within our nature as humans. Change is often sticky, difficult, uncomfortable, and more often than not, we resist it. Yet, it does not have to be this way. We do not have to suffer at the hands of change; instead, we can embrace it.
When we recognize that change is inevitable, that change is like breath, we can release some of our control. Like the breath, and the tides, change comes and goes. Life will never remain static. It will continue to ebb and flow until we leave this Earth realm. Rather than resisting the natural fluctuations of existence, it is best to ride the wave, take the journey and embrace life with full acceptance.
