To heal your body, we begin by bringing awareness to our breath. With each inhale and exhale, we become more aware of our bodies. Each one of us has the power to heal from the inside out, but sometimes we are too busy and preoccupied with other responsibilities to give our bodies the attention it craves. Meditation is the time that you dedicate for your self-care routine to heal your body, calm your mind, and nourish your spirit.
In this guided meditation, you will balance your chakras and heal your body. With the power of visualization and meditation, you will send healing light from your tailbone all the way to the tip of your spine and ripple that energy throughout your body. When you connect to the stillness and silence that rests within, you are more equipped to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
As we move from the base of our spine, up to the crown of our head, we will explore our swirling energy centers, also known as chakras. The seven main chakras are located along the spine starting at our tailbone and ending at the crown of the head. Each chakra is associated with a specific body part. Oftentimes, your emotional or physical health can tell you if one of your chakras is out of balance. As you go through this practice to heal your body, allow the chakras to be you guide to determine where you could use extra attention.
